A system log may tell you an event was recorded. FXOS is designed to preserve evidence around what happened, who or what acted, under which authority and policy context, and how that evidence can be independently verified.

CommitOS answers: Who owns the work? What is moving? What is late? What needs attention? But certain digital actions require another question: "Can we prove exactly what occurred, under what authority and policy conditions?" That led to ForgetfulX / FXOS. Traditional log files can be modified or deleted. FXOS preserves evidence trails so they are tamper-evident and independently verifiable.
