Vermati Inc. was incorporated by Manny Paez in 2016 to continue providing and expand on technical and engineering consulting services.

Manny Paez

Founder and General Manager

As a seasoned Mechanical Engineer and Business Process Outsourcing provider I have led teams of professionals for the last 10 plus years with Vermati Inc, Igoework Inc. and Axs Americas SAS to support outsourcing contracts from companies including the US government. These contracts went from Mechanical and Software engineering to Marketing and Sales from our Contact Center in Colombia and Philippines.
Experienced in design, engineering and manufacturing processes using Solidworks and Pro/engineer CAD tools. Responsible for outsourcing products manufacturing to Colombia, and China; Projects included complete consumer and industrial products for Motorola, Hewlett Packard, Dell, Rexnord, Pentair, Lucent, and Case.

Extensive medical product development and design experience with Baxter Healthcare, Neocis, and Naglreiter NMDDO.

Also, established operations in Colombia to support near shore bilingual contact center requirements for 15 US Embassies supporting visa applications.

Organized teams of B2B and B2C sales agents to promote services and products via contact center.
